Planning for foot reconstruction

Years ago, I had a botched bunion surgery before I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I always said that I would never have foot surgery until I couldn't walk across the room pain free. Well, I'm way past that stage. I had a total knee replacement last year, in late September I'm getting my foot fixed. I face many challenges ahead as I'm also the primary caregiver for my mother. I have a strong support system but know it won't be easy. From time to time I'll also reminisce about raising an adopted son who walked his way through drug addiction and all I tried to do to help him. Right now, I'm cleaning and organizing and completing projects to get ready.
